Reservations and Cancellations
Written or oral reservations are binding, as are bookings through portals. Once you book the holiday apartment, we hold it for you and cannot offer it to other guests. Following the booking, we kindly request a deposit of 30% of the total price (Art. 1385 ZGB) via bank transfer. This is not considered a down payment but serves as security for the fulfilment of the reservation contract.
If something unexpected comes up before your trip or during your stay, please inform us immediately. We will do our best to rent out the holiday apartment to others.

Cancellation Conditions
- Up to 60 days before the start of the trip, the deposit will be credited towards a later stay or, upon request, refunded minus a €30.00 processing fee.
- From 59 days to 31 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
- Within the last 30 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the incurred loss (minus final cleaning).
- In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the accommodation price for the booked but unused days.
- Cancellation costs are billed in proportion to the actual remaining holiday days.
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
To prevent cancellation costs due to illness or other valid reasons, we recommend purchasing a travel cancellation insurance.
