The spa town of Meran/Merano and above all the trekking pathways stretching from the valley floor up to the mountaintops are within shooting distance. They are pleasantly furnished; they have balconies on all sides to grant you a lot of room and to allow you to organize your precious vacation time according to your own wishes! In summer, we and our guests hold occasional grill nights together – a great conclusion to any day! Our little guests will find plenty of room to run and play on the playground in front of our house. - via the Brenner Autobahn - Brenner - Bolzano – take the Bolzano-South exit - expressway (MeBo) Bolzano – exit Merano-south – follow signs towards the Jaufen Pass - Brunnenplatz – turn right into the Passeiertal valley - Kuens – turn off to the right and the Pension Braiter - via the Reschen Pass - Vinschgau – Algund exit – center of Merano - follow signs towards the Jaufen Pass - Kuens - turn off to the right and the Pension Braiter Tip! In nice weather, we recommend taking a panoramic drive over the Jaufen Pass or the Timmelsjoch High-Alpine Road. The Timmelsjoch is open from approx. May until October – it is a toll road! The Jaufen Pass is passable all year round – some nights, however, only at your own risk. Please check on precise opening times and road conditions prior to setting out.
